Water Loss in Lumberton, TX

The damage to this home in Lumberton, TX was the result of a busted pipe due to the recent freezing in the area. The water damaged caused some of the ceiling and insulation to fall. The before picture shows the ceiling damage and insulation that fell. The after picture shows where the affected wet materials were removed and disposed of. The customer was expecting that his whole kitchen/living area would have to be torn out and redone. He was very impressed with how we were able to minimize the damage and help take care of his recently built home.
